Delivery & Shipping Information

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our delivery and shipping policy for UK orders below.

1. Delivery Times & Charges
We offer several delivery options for UK customers:

Standard Delivery:
2–3 working days (Below £25)- £2.99
2-3 working days (Above £25) - Free
Express Delivery:
1–2 working days (available at checkout) - £4.99

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and any unforeseen delays.

2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the mainland UK, including England, Scotland & Wales. Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or international locations at this time.

3. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed either the same day or next working days.

4. Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Most UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class post, but we use Evri for parcels that are oversized or very heavy. Deliveries usually arrive within the times stated but are not guaranteed.

5. Missed Deliveries
If you're not available to receive your delivery, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule or collect your order from a local depot. After a few attempts, the package may be returned to us.

6. Delivery Issues
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@partyerasers.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Packaging
We take great care in ensuring your order arrives safely. All items are securely packed, and we aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible by using recyclable materials when possible.
